The [Phoenix] is a non-combat pet.

The Phoenix was the first space craft made by humans to reach warp. Piloted by Dr. Zefram Cochrane, who also invented its warp drive, the ship was responsible for first contact between the Vulcans and Humans. This is a replica of the original Phoenix. The Phoenix is unarmed and will dock the moment any combat starts.

Cannot be launched from shuttles, fighters, or other small crafts. The Phoenix is a summonable, non-combat space pet. It does not use a device slot, but must be in your inventory to be summoned.

Usage

To use the item, place it your inventory. This then adds the Phoenix skill to your Power list.

• This item does not need to be equipped in a device slot, it simply needs to be in the player's inventory. Thus, the shuttle will be on your Power list, you may even go under Available Skills to find the shuttle skill.
• This item cannot be launched from small player-controlled craft, such as a Runabout.

Background Information

• The Phoenix is a limited-edition item available to players who participated in First Contact Day event that ran from April 5th 2012 through April 9th 2012 and from April 5th 2013 through April 11th 2013.
