Phaser Quad Cannons are a type of Ship Weapon only available with the Tactical Escort Refit, purchasable from the C-Store for 1,500 .

Quad Cannons very rapidly fire small, high damage bursts in a narrow firing arc, and are equally effective against shields and hull. Phaser ship weapons have a chance to disable enemy subsystems.

They are a Bind on Pickup item and are unique in that they are the only weapon of its class to have a [Dmg]x4 modifier. This is also seen in the Disruptor Quad Cannons.

Modifiers

Phaser Quad Cannons do not come with modifiers suffixes, as other weapons normally do, as they are already a Very Rare item.

Damage & Value

The Phaser Quad Cannons are level-less and so do not have a mark number. Instead the quad cannons scale with the player meaning their damage output is proportional to the player's current level. Season 6 gave the item a significant damage boost, and they have DPS numbers roughly equivalent to advanced fleet dual cannons, though without fleet weapons' accuracy bonus.
