Especially in this time of war, the Federation can't forget its mission to aid systems that are in need.

Head into the Delta Volanis cluster and deliver aid to a planet in need. The most dire needs are for Shield Generators, Medical Supplies, and Provisions.

Shield Generators are produced locally, so you'll be able to get them for less expense. Going to the source usually benefits a cost-conscious.

Walkthrough

When searching for a system that needs aid, the anomaly results are random, so requires persistance (you won't find it the first time, and the mission objectives don't tell you this as a new player).
