Admiral Jorel Quinn is a Trill and the Chief Admiral of Starfleet. His office can be found in Earth Spacedock, located directly in front of players who beam down to the station.

After the mission “Heading Out”, Admiral Quinn hands you over to Admiral T'nae as your primary mission giver. He is also one of the many NPCs who can be found at the Captain's Table.

Missions involved

• “Assimilation”: At the end of the mission Admiral Quinn orders all available ships to the Outskirts on the Vega System, to repel the Borg invasion.
• “Line in the Sand”: Quinn recognizes the player for the extraordinary actions during the Borg invasion of the Vega System and orders the player to Earth Spacedock for debriefing.
• “Welcome to Earth Spacedock”: Quinn greets the player in his office. Since all senior officers have been lost in the Borg attack, Quinn grants the player a battlefield commission to permanently command the ship.
• “Secrets of the Ancients”: Admiral Quinn contacts Federation players at the end of the mission, commending them for their efforts in establishing relations between the Federation and the Romulan Republic.

Notes

• We learn in Mine Enemy that Admiral Quinn has a heart condition and is undergoing treatment for it.
