Fleet Advanced Heavy Cruiser Retrofit
The Fleet Advanced Heavy Cruiser Retrofit is an Admiral (Tier 5) level Federation Cruiser vessel. This Retrofit vessel also has a Commander (Tier 3) level equivalent (but not a fleet version). Starfleet upgraded this vessel with the latest standard equipment used in the early 25th century. Purchasing this ship also unlocks the "Enterprise-B" costume and the "Excelsior" ship costume for all Rear Admirals and above on an account.

[edit] Excelsior class
The Excelsior class was initially constructed in the 2280s. The original prototype was a platform for the great experiment of the era to develop a transwarp drive, though this technology was not perfected until the 25th century. This configuration is the original Excelsior made popular in Star Trek III: The Search for Spock.[edit] Excelsior class (refit)
The Excelsior class was refitted in 2290 with larger engines and an extended engineering section. The Excelsior refit was made popular by vessels such as the USS Enterprise-B as seen in Star Trek: Generations, and the USS Lakota as seen in Star Trek: Deep Space Nine.[edit] Performance
The Fleet Advanced Heavy Cruiser Retrofit performs exactly the same as the normal Advanced Heavy Cruiser Retrofit. Its three Engineering Bridge Officer stations give the ship an incredible amount of possible healing powers, such as engineering teams and extend shields. Its turn rate is the best of any end-game cruiser, making it more easy to get a torpedo lock on a target. It is better than the Rear Admiral version in the way that it has 10% better hull and shields, along with an extra Tactical Console slot that gives it more damage potential.
The base turn rate of the Fleet Heavy Cruiser Retrofit is the same as the 4 Nacelled Fleet Heavy Cruiser Retrofit and Heavy Cruiser retrofit.
