The Dyson Deflector Array is the result of reverse engineering the very advanced ancient technologies found on the Solanae Dyson Sphere in the Delta Quadrant. It was designed to improve a ship's survivability by boosting hull strength as well as the ability to more effectively restore weakened shield facings. It also offers some passive tools to better combat the Voth. This Deflector Array offers a good mixture of defensive and offensive starship attributes. Equipping multiple Dyson ship components apply extra improvements as the systems works in conjunction with one another.

Dyson Combat Impulse Engines are the result of reverse engineering the highly advanced ancient alien technologies found on the Solanae Dyson Sphere in the Delta Quadrant. These combat engines offer a high level of speed and a moderate bonus to turn rate and full impulse speed as well as a high boost to Engine Power. Equipping multiple Dyson ship components apply extra improvements as the systems work in conjunction with one another.

This shield array was constructed using reverse engineering ancient alien technology acquired from the Solanae Dyson Sphere. It offers a very high regeneration rate and enhanced resistance to all energy damage types. When you suffer damage while shields are down your ship's shields will receive a massive shield regeneration effect over 2 seconds and become resistant to further damage for a short time. Equipping multiple Dyson modifications apply extra improvements as the systems work in tandem.

[edit] Notes

Dyson Engines appear to have no visual effect even though it has the option to disable visuals.

The potency of the Proton Barrage power granted by the set is affected by your auxiliary power setting.
