The Commodities Broker is a civilian on Starbase 39 who sells Commodities and specializes in Industrial Replicators and Water Purification Systems.
These commodities are used in missions that require the player to deliver certain items to a world and on Mission: Rescue Deferi Captives (Daily) to rescure the captives.

Bug: Currently if you go to this vendor his name will not show up correctly. You will see he is labelled as Lieutenant Marrien who is the NPC to his right and your left.
