The 2,000 CXP Bonus Pool is a consumable skill boost item that provides a single character with a 20 percent increase in the amount of gained during play until a total of 2,000 bonus CXP has been earned.

Additional bonus pool boosts can activated to increase the bonus pool.

In , Zen is the method of currency used to purchase items from the . They are bought from the using real world money.

This real-world currency was previously called Cryptic Points (February 2010 - February 2011, August 2011 - July 2012) and Atari Tokens (February - August 2011), before being renamed Zen. The conversion rate was $1.00 USD = 100 = 80 .

Since , players could also use the Dilithium Exchange to trade Cryptic Points for or vice versa, at a player-determined rate (kept within a range of 50-500 dilithium per Cryptic Point). Since , this dilithium exchange range is now 25-500 dilithium per zen.
